Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple audit engagements across diverse industries.
- Ensure audit quality compliance and timely delivery of engagements.
- Develop audit strategies aligned with client needs and professional standards.
- Review financial statements audit reports and deliverables for accuracy and compliance with TFRS IFRS and relevant regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Expand existing client accounts and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with other service lines to cross-sell firm services.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of approximately 60 audit professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching training and career development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
- Optimize resource allocation and workload management across engagements.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends regulatory developments and emerging best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies and operational processes.
- Support innovation initiatives to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive audit and assurance experience including leadership roles in an international audit firm.
- Demonstrated success managing large and complex audit engagements for listed and multinational companies.
- Strong business development capabilities with a proven ability to acquire and grow client relationships.
- Experience leading and managing teams of at least 60 professionals.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS GAAP TFRS and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Significant experience serving listed/public company clients.
- Established network within the business and professional services community.
- Experience contributing to firm strategy and practice growth initiatives.
