Be responsible for the local first-line maintenance of the system with Clients R&D remote second-line support.

Project contents:
- Software installation configuration integration and self-testing
- Do System Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test with customer
- Carry out the official launch of the function
- Provide daily observation results and overall observation reports
- Provide training to customers on how to use system function
work contents
- Customers Service of consulting and troubleshooting
- Edit the Basic Scripts code under R&Ds instruction
- Be familiar with Excel especially pivot tables and functions (such as Vlookup) is a plus
- System troubleshooting in time: After received notification from TWM admin we need to reply by phone within 2 hours and solve the initial problem. Further on site to handle the situation within 4 hours and provide 7x 24-hour emergency troubleshooting.

**Work location will be dependent on the customer needs - NanKang BanQiao NeiHuSanChungAiGuoEastRoad or XinYiRoad

Mandatory Skills: Telecom Telco Cloud Orchestrator.

Experience: 1-3 Years.
