Preschool Academic Coordinator – Hsinchu

Globalschoolscout is a leading international education company dedicated to providing top-quality education to children in Hsinchu City Taiwan. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Preschool Academic Coordinator to join our team and oversee the academic program at our preschool.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and age-appropriate curriculum for our preschool students

- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with international education standards and meets the needs of our diverse student population

- Train and supervise preschool teachers providing guidance and support in implementing the curriculum effectively

- Conduct regular evaluations of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments to ensure its effectiveness

- Monitor student progress and provide recommendations for individualized instruction and support as needed

- Collaborate with other academic coordinators and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to education

- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education and incorporate them into the curriculum as appropriate

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students teachers and parents

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs academic progress and any concerns or areas for improvement

- Plan and organize special events and activities to enhance the preschool experience for students and their families

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the preschool academic program

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or coordination role in a preschool setting

- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of teachers

- Fluency in English both written and spoken

- Familiarity with international education standards and curriculum frameworks

- Passion for providing high-quality education to young children

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment

- Valid teaching certification or license preferred
