• Perform technical tests and experiments to support Metrology (Metro) and RDA process development in wafer fabrication.
• Execute test runs and prepare records charts and data analysis for engineering review to identify yield issues and support new product development.
• Provide hands-on technical support to PDE engineering activities in pilot and production environments.

• Analyze measurement data and deliver clear actionable insights.
• Implement and sustain solutions within HBM pilot line manufacturing.
• Quickly identify investigate and escalate process abnormalities.
• Support engineering experiments DOEs and line qualifications.
• Troubleshoot chronic tool issues and drive long-term fixes
