Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on modern cryptographic protocols including post-quantum cryptography threshold signatures signature aggregation and proof systems for blockchain applications.
- Explore and benchmark NIST post-quantum signature standards and emerging constructions from recent academic literature.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to translate research outcomes into practical applications.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source cryptographic projects when appropriate.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science Cryptography or a closely related field
- Strong theoretical or practical knowledge of cryptography in areas such as post-quantum signatures MPC/threshold protocols zero-knowledge proofs or interactive proof systems (e.g. sumcheck-based protocols)
- Proficiency in at least one of Rust C or Python
- Ability to read and reason about security proofs from academic literature
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research experience or publications in post-quantum cryptography threshold signatures or verifiable computation
- Familiarity with blockchain architectures smart contract platforms or on-chain signature verification constraints
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research workflows
