About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what its like to work at the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP there will also be opportunities for networking and development which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
- Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor Copilot Claude Code) into daily development workflow.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
- Act as a full stack seed learner absorb practices contribute ideas and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer.
- Proactively suggest improvements to product design and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
- Hands-on project experience (personal coursework internships or open-source contributions all count).
- Foundation in at least one backend language (Java Go Rust C).
- Familiarity with and modern frontend frameworks.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools clearly.
- Self-driven product-minded and passionate about learning new technologies.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
- Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
- Internship or work experience at startups
- Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects
