Strategic HR Projects Specialist

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will contribute to global projects from strategical design to execution:

• Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out collaborating with regions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution
• Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction engagement and retention
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Develop clear impactful presentations that communicate insights opportunities and progress to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end including scoping planning stakeholder alignment and delivery
• Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management Employee Experience and Early Careers

Qualifications :

You bring a mix of strategic thinking analytical capability and hands-on execution:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR role 
• Experience in a Consulting role and ideally experience with strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans
• High autonomy an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset and a genuine can-do attitude
• Experience with digital channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn careers pages CMS Canva Adobe tools)
• Business fluency in German & English
