As Senior HR Analyst People & Workforce Analytics youll have the chance to work with our global enterprise People Analytics team across multiple countries and this high-impact role you will transform workforce data into actionable insights that help leaders make smarter talent and organizational decisions.
Working closely with HR leaders HR Directors HR Business Partners and business stakeholders you will combine advanced analytics data storytelling and consultative problem-solving to drive workforce strategy and business outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Deliver data-driven workforce insights across key people metrics translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that inform strategic decision-making
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL Power BI and cloud-based platforms
- Apply statistical and predictive analytics using Python and/or R to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Partner with senior HR leadership (Divisional Vice Presidents Senior HR Directors) to solve workforce challenges through data-driven decision-making
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot Generative AI and automated analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and speed to insight
- Incorporate external benchmarks and labor market insights to contextualize workforce analytics findings
- Connect analytical outputs to strategic workforce priorities such as workforce planning Scenario modelling and HR investment decisions
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in People Analytics Workforce Analytics Data Analytics or a related HR Domain field
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Data Science Economics Psychology or related field; masters degree preferred
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and statistical modeling
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience applying statistical methods such as regression predictive modeling or classification techniques in workforce contexts
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with and influencing senior HR leadership (Senior Directors Divisional Vice Presidents) with a high degree of professionalism business acumen and executive communication capability.
