Scrum Master (mwd)

Tasks

• Supporting the team in becoming a collaboratively responsible top team.

• This includes facilitating Scrum events facilitating the reflection of team processes for continuous improvement and supporting the team in identifying and resolving impediments.

• Recruiting and onboarding of new team members.

• Organization of team reunions.

• Supporting the product owner in effectively managing the product backlog through support in refinements and other workshops. Supporting the whole organization in its ongoing transition-process and in deeper adoption of Scrum/Kanban and SAFe. This includes working with other Scrum

• Being the point of contact for the team on a wide range of issues such as dealing with requests sharing with other teams finding solutions.

Must-Have-Criteria

• Certification and experience as Scrum Master

• Very good language skills in English (Level C1)

• IT affinity especially in the area of DevOps

• Familiar with Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Miro MS Teams Confluence)

• Communicative and open personality

• Independent and efficient way of working

• Leadership personality in the sense of a servant leader

• Willingness to travel (1-2 weeks per year)

Nice-to-have-Criteria

• SAFe or Kanban certification

• Language Skills in German Russian Spanish or Italian
