IT Student Assistant(m/f) - 60-80%

Your responsibility

• Install configure and maintain computer networks and systems.
• Provide technical assistance to employees or clients addressing hardware and software issues login problems and general IT-related questions.
• Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problems.
• Deploy and maintain software applications used by the organization ensuring compatibility with systems and compliance with licensing agreements.
• Use ticketing systems to log and track technical issues ensuring proper documentation of steps taken to resolve problems.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled student in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT support concepts
• Reliable detail-oriented and able to work in a structured corporate environment
• Capable of handling routine tasks such as system upgrades and user support
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for end-user interaction and teamwork
• Initial hands-on experience (academic or personal) in troubleshooting device setup or IT infrastructure is a plus
• You are fluent in German and English (oral and written)
