Aufgaben

Your Mission

Join us at CDDS to bring next-generation control guidance and state-estimation algorithms into high-speed kinetic interceptor drones.

We are looking for an experienced Drone pilot & operations Engineer to:

  • take ownership of flight operations and field tests
  • support the integration and production of drone platforms
  • help improve production and test workflows

We move at a high pace and priorities shift quickly. You should be comfortable building in an environment where the problem and responsibilities can change underneath you.

What you will be working on

  • Pilot interceptor drones and support flight operations
  • Organize and conduct field tests
  • Assemble integrate calibrate and maintain drone systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and workshop

Qualifikation

Your Profile

We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced start-up on rapid prototyping and hands-on flight testing. Implementing quick fixes and tests under pressure. Additionally you are ready to travel to test locations abroad and be part of customer demonstrations all over the world.

Required

  • Flight Experience with UAVs
  • Experience assembling integrating calibrating and maintaining UAV systems
  • Strong practical and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and conducting field tests
  • Open to travel often

Nice to have

  • Background in production manufacturing or mechanical assembly
  • EASA drone certifications (A1/A3 A2 STS or equivalent)
  • Competitive robotics or UAV competition experience
  • Drivers license
