ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Actions Functional Analyst to take full end-to-end ownership of a core application in the Corporate Actions and Securities domain contributing to complex projects for Swiss banking clients.
The selected candidate will ensure application stability continuous evolution regulatory compliance and seamless integration across critical banking processes.
The role requires a strong ownership mindset and the ability to act as the primary bridge between Business IT vendors and external stakeholders operating effectively across both functional and technical dimensions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Observability & Reporting
Ensure full adherence to applicable regulations and IT Security policies across all application layers
Enable end-to-end observability and deliver structured KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Define monitor and enforce SLA and OLA parameters driving reliability and proactive risk mitigation
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
Act as the key interface between Business and IT ensuring alignment on priorities decisions and delivery outcomes
Coordinate IT activities with internal teams external vendors and other relevant parties throughout the application lifecycle
Facilitate clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences at all organisational levels
Application Lifecycle & Domain Management
Oversee Corporate Actions flows and manage the Securities lifecycle across all relevant processes and touchpoints
Own the full application lifecycle including roadmap definition functional and technical governance and incident problem and change management in line with ITIL frameworks
Drive performance and capacity planning activities to ensure long-term application scalability and operational continuity
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or Application Management within the banking sector
Strong understanding of banking processes with a specific focus on Securities and Corporate Actions
Proven ability to manage SLA OLA and performance parameters in mission-critical environments
Solid experience coordinating across Business and IT stakeholders in complex organisational settings
Strong ownership mindset with effective decision-making capabilities
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks covering incident problem and change management
Italian fluent mandatory
English proficient level spoken and written mandatory
