Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Nextlink is seeking an experienced AI Change Lead to support a major global AI transformation and adoption programme.
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of the AI change strategy stakeholder engagement communications and adoption plan working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy narrative and integrated adoption plan.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and develop communications plans messaging FAQs and adoption materials.
- Coordinate AI governance forums including leadership meetings decision logs and action tracking.
- Support the rollout of AI learning pathways and drive employee adoption.
- Lead planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event.
- Develop and manage an AI Champions Community to support adoption and engagement.
- Monitor programme risks issues dependencies and key decisions.
- Provide regular progress adoption and stakeholder engagement reporting.
- Work collaboratively across Learning Communications Technology and business teams
- Proven experience as a Change Lead Change Manager or Transformation Lead.
- Strong experience in organisational change digital transformation or AI adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including experience engaging senior leadership.
- Experience developing change strategies adoption plans and communications campaigns.
- Strong programme governance risk and issue management experience.
- Experience with learning training or employee adoption programmes.
- Experience managing communities champion networks or large-scale engagement initiatives.
- Experience within a global or complex organisation is highly desirable.
- Previous AI digital transformation or pharmaceutical/regulated industry experience would be an advantage.

Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization.
