Job Summary
The Business
The Work & Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data & Intelligence (RDI) Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work Rewards & Careers (WRC). The success of a company is to a large extent dependent on the quality and performance of its employees. We help companies to translate their strategic objectives into an effective HR strategy in which compensating monitoring and motivating the right people in the right way is a central theme. Our advice is always based on our analytical skills through effective use of data and qualitative research.
Qualifications
The working student is currently pursuing for a university degree and has an interest in financial and HR-related issues. He/she is interested in compensation and rewards and is reliable in working independently as well as in a team. Some knowledge of statistics and Excel is a plus. The working student is expected to be available for at least two days a week. If there is a match we can talk about a junior role!
