Sales Assistant

At Senior Material Europe we manufacture separator film a thin film used in lithium-ion batteries including batteries for electric vehicles. The separator is a key component that helps make lithium-ion batteries safer more durable and more efficient supporting the transition towards a more electrified future.

Our production is modern advanced and operated under controlled cleanroom conditions. Behind this technology are people from many different functions working together every day. Our Sales team works closely with PMC Logistics Finance Headquarters and other internal departments to keep information flowing and make sure our customers and operations are well supported.

As a Sales Assistant you will support the daily coordination and administration of sales-related activities. You will work closely with the Sales team PMC Logistics Finance Headquarters and other internal departments to ensure that sales-related information data and administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.

The role is particularly suitable for someone who enjoys working with data numbers and structured administrative tasks. You will support activities ranging from invoice administration and SAP data extraction to sales reporting Excel analysis and cross-functional coordination.

You will become an important part of the daily flow within the Sales team helping colleagues stay organised keeping information accurate and making sure tasks are followed through.

• Coordinate sales-related activities with PMC Logistics Finance and other internal departments.

• Support internal communication and coordination with Headquarters.

• Support invoice-related activities including the preparation sending and follow-up of invoices.

• Extract relevant information and data from SAP.

• Prepare sales-related data summaries statistics and reports.

• Use Excel to organise analyse and present business data.

• Maintain accurate records and support daily sales administration.

• Follow up on ongoing tasks and coordinate information between relevant departments.

• Support cross-functional communication and ensure that relevant information is followed up.

• Assist the Sales team with other operational and administrative activities when required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience using SAP.

• Has good Excel skills including experience using common formulas and functions.

• Enjoys working with numbers data and structured administrative tasks.

• Has a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Has good communication and coordination skills.

• Can follow up on tasks independently and work in a structured way.

• Is able to work effectively with different departments and Headquarters in an international environment.

• Has good English communication skills both spoken and written.

• Experience in sales administration business administration or a similar role.

• Experience working with SAP and/or other business systems.

• Experience working with invoices or financial administration.

• Experience preparing reports statistics or data summaries in Excel.

• Knowledge of international trade terms / Incoterms such as FOB and DAP.

• Experience working with Logistics Finance or other cross-functional departments.

• Experience from an international manufacturing or industrial environment.

You will receive the necessary introduction and support to become familiar with the role our systems and daily routines.
