Master planner Capacity

We are now looking for a Master Planner Capacity to join our passionate team in a temporary one-year position and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in either Sweden Gothenburg or Estonia Saue and report to the Head of Planner and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
In this role you own the master supply planning capacity for our mixing network. You are the central Supply Chain contact towards Operations teams responsible for determining the long-term production plan with a 24-month horizon based on commercial forecasts.
As Master Planner Capacity you will play a key role in balancing demand and capacity across our production network. You will work closely with Supply Chain Operations and business stakeholders to ensure we have robust feasible plans that support growth service levels and operational excellence. Through your analytical mindset and collaborative approach you will help drive informed decision-making across the organization.
In this role you will:
Create and maintain rough-cut capacity plans and long-term production plans for our mixing facilities in Mölndal and Saue.
Facilitate Capacity Review meetings and contribute planning insights to the Group Executive IBP process.
Support network optimization initiatives including our spice network consolidation project while ensuring alignment across sites.
Act as the primary contact for capacity and planning-related topics coordinating with Supply Chain Managers planners and Operations teams.
Lead cross-functional coordination in situations involving capacity constraints or shortages supporting effective business decisions.
You are a proactive and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders. You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset and are comfortable challenging assumptions to find the best solutions for the business. You are equally motivated by diving into details and understanding the broader impact of your recommendations across the value chain.
To succeed in this role you likely have:
A Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Economics Mathematics Data Science or equivalent experience.
At least three years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Capacity Planning or a similar role.
Experience working with planning systems ERP systems and reporting or analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is considered an advantage.
