Director, Workforce & Organization

Your profile

• 8-12 years of experience ideally within management consulting or a comparable advisory environment with a strong track record delivering workforce organization transformation or people-related engagements for large and complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities developing client relationships leading pursuits and contributing to business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including leading multidisciplinary teams coaching and developing colleagues and creating high-performing project environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leaders.
  Fluency in both Swedish and English is required spoken and written.
• Strong academic background with a Masters degree preferred in business administration organizational psychology HR engineering economics or a related discipline

Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.
