About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure and Databricks to join a data-driven organization undergoing continued growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud-based data platforms enabling scalable analytics and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong background in data engineering cloud technologies and large-scale data processing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design develop and optimize data solutions that support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions using Azure and Databricks.

• Develop and optimize data ingestion transformation and integration processes.

• Create and maintain semantic models to support analytics and reporting requirements.

• Implement and manage ETL/ELT workflows following industry best practices.

• Ensure data quality reliability security and performance across the data platform.

• Work with large and complex datasets optimizing solutions for high-volume data environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders analysts and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and automation for data engineering

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Azure Databricks

  • SQL

  • Python

  • CI/CD tools and practices

• Experience with data ingestion transformation and semantic modeling.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts.

• Familiarity with:

  • Power BI

  • Azure DevOps

  • Azure Storage Explorer

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
