Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Data Centre Sales Manager based in Sweden. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our Data Centre business across the Nordics shaping and executing a high-impact sales strategy while leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Working at the forefront of a rapidly evolving sector youll leverage your expertise to build strategic customer partnerships and unlock new market opportunities.

What youll do as a Sales Manager:
Drive the growth of the data centre sector across the Nordics identifying and converting new market opportunities.
Shape and execute a high-impact sales strategy in partnership with Marketing to accelerate revenue and market presence.
Lead inspire and develop a high-performing sales team embedding a strong results-driven culture aligned to the Aggreko Sales Leadership Blueprint.
Provide clear oversight of the sales pipeline leveraging CRM insights to deliver accurate forecasting and proactive decision-making.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers positioning Aggreko as a trusted long-term partner.
Deliver and exceed financial targets ensuring sustained growth within the data centre sector.
Play a critical role within the European Commercial Leadership Team influencing regional strategy and driving cross-market success.
What youll bring:
Strong expertise in the data centre sector or energy rental industry.
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a commercial leadership or senior sales role.
Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution translating market knowledge into actionable results-driven plans.
