We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. - Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Sweden region
- Team Development: Recruit mentor and cultivate a high-performing management team
- Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities
- Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives


- Experience managing large-scale technological services
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams including direct management of people managers
- Proven ability to deliver complex technological projects
- Technical understanding of data center infrastructure
- Valid EU driving license
