Job Summary
A JCB Mechanic is responsible for inspecting diagnosing servicing maintaining and
repairing JCB construction and earthmoving equipment such as excavators telehandlers
generators and other heavy machinery. The role requires expertise in mechanical hydraulic
electrical and electronic systems to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
Diagnose mechanical hydraulic electrical and electronic faults.
Repair or replace defective components and assemblies.
Conduct inspections and performance testing after repairs.
Install and configure machine attachments and accessories.
Use diagnostic software and specialized testing equipment.
Complete service reports maintenance records and repair
documentation.
Respond to field breakdowns and emergency repairs when required.
Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of dieselmax engines.
Expertise in hydraulic systems and heavy equipment maintenance.
Ability to read technical manuals wiring diagrams and
schematics.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of JDS portal.
Qualifications
Technical diploma or certificate in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Diesel Mechanics or a related field.
Experience with construction or earthmoving equipment.
Manufacturer training or JCB certification is an advantage.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Age (bracket) :26 to 49 Years Old
Experience: Minimal 7 Years Experience
Skills:Must possess good English speaking and listening skills.
