Support career development and succession planning within the team.
Guide teams toward scalable secure and robust solutions.
Maintain coding standards and promote DevOps practices AI-assisted engineering tools and emerging technologies.
Contribute hands-on to design development prototyping and code reviews when needed.
Build strong relationships with product managers engineering leads and leadership.
Communicate project progress delivery forecasts dependencies and risks clearly.
Own delivery outcomes sprint planning risk management dependency tracking and issue resolution.
Participate in recruitment interviews and onboarding.
Promote R&D and engineering working groups.
Drive process improvements using Agile DevOps automation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
7 years of software development experience including 3 years leading engineering teams or in people management.
Strong background in Agile development and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience managing product engineering teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience delivering complex software products owning quality timelines and business outcomes.
Experience recruiting mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Hands-on technical expertise to support teams through complex challenges.
Strong understanding of software architecture CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation continuous learning and technical excellence.
