Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7 years of software development experience including 3 years leading engineering teams or in people management.
• Strong background in Agile development and modern engineering practices.
• Proven experience managing product engineering teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex software products owning quality timelines and business outcomes.
• Experience recruiting mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Hands-on technical expertise to support teams through complex challenges.
• Strong understanding of software architecture CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation continuous learning and technical excellence.
