About the role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable high-performance this role you will focus primarily on crafting intuitive front-end experiences using React while comfortably navigating and contributing to backend architecture.

You will not just be writing code from scratch; you will leverage advanced AI tools like Claude Code Gemini and Rovo to accelerate development automate repetitive tasks and solve complex architectural challenges. We are looking for an engineer who treats AI as a pair-programming partner and knows how to steer it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain highly responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and modern state management libraries.
• Work within (C#) backend to create and update server-side logic API endpoints and database queries.
• Utilize Claude Code Gemini and Rovo to draft boilerplate refactor legacy systems generate test coverage and troubleshoot bugs.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets enterprise security standards performance benchmarks and best practices before merging.
• Continuously contribute to refining development workflows to improve the efficiency of our AI-driven SDLC.
• Work closely with product managers designers and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions rapidly using AI prototyping.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience with proven expertise in designing and developing modern web applications.
• Professional experience building scalable web applications with React JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Practical experience working with debugging or integrating / C# backend systems ( Core Entity Framework or similar).
• Proven experience using advanced AI coding agents (specifically Claude Code Gemini Rovo or GitHub Copilot) in a professional environment.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into daily workflowsfrom requirement analysis and system design to automated code review and deployment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software products in an agile development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
