About Our Client
Our client is a growing digital platform seeking an experienced performance marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and digital growth through paid and affiliate channels.
Job Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid digital acquisition strategy and execution managing campaign budgets performance analytics and optimization to achieve CAC ROAS and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets allocation pacing and spend efficiency.
- Develop audience targeting bidding strategies and campaign structures.
- Monitor and report on CAC ROAS conversion rates and acquisition KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives audiences and landing pages.
- Manage tracking attribution and conversion measurement using GA4 UTM and tracking tools.
- Prepare performance reports dashboards and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Manage affiliate and partner acquisition channels and monitor performance and commissions.
- Collaborate with CRM Creative Product and external agencies to align campaigns and growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 35 years of experience in performance/digital marketing with hands-on management of advertising budgets.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in GA4 reporting and dashboards.
- Practical knowledge of CRO landing page testing and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and acquisition KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Affiliate marketing experience will be an advantage particularly in iGaming fintech betting or lottery.
- Experience with affiliate models such as CPA revenue share or hybrid will be an advantage.
