Job Overview

The Internal Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of company premises employees and property while ensuring compliance with established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of company premises employees and property.
• Monitor employee arrivals departures and activities within the premises.
• Identify and report unauthorized access and suspicious activities.
• Ensure the proper implementation of security procedures and company rules.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents to the Head of Security.
• Maintain accurate daily security reports and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• GCE O/L or A/L qualification.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Honesty reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in the Armed Forces or a professional security service is an added advantage.
