Intern Technical Writing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in validating submitted engineering blogs against predefined checklists
• Support the review of content to ensure required sections and basic structure are in place
• Help identify missing information and follow up with authors for updates
• Assist in proofreading content for grammar spelling and language accuracy
• Support formatting activities including headings styling and readability improvements
• Help incorporate images diagrams and screenshots into blog articles
• Ensure proper placement alignment and captioning of visual content
• Assist with uploading and formatting articles on publishing platforms such as Medium
• Coordinate with authors and reviewers to support the publication process
• Maintain blog tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor submission and publication status
• Support the preparation of basic reports and metrics related to content publishing activities
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to technical content initiatives

Person Specifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science English Communications Business Management or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of technical or IT-related concepts
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in content writing editing publishing or technical communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
