Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Management Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Production Planning and Operational Excellence.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage budgets and deliver business results.
Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is a distinct advantage.
