Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle activities including planning execution monitoring and closure
• Coordinate project tasks track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Assist in preparing project plans schedules and effort estimates
• Monitor project dependencies and highlight risks or delays
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models
• Maintain project documentation including status reports and project artifacts
• Identify and escalate risks issues and support mitigation actions
• Assist in managing and tracking change requests and their impact
• Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project updates
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Project Management or a related field
• 2 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management preferably in the software industry
• Exposure to IT or digital transformation projects is an added advantage
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Basic leadership and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) Jira and Confluence
