At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

1. Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land residential offices premises or warehouses...).
2. Analysis of market value expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
3. Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
4. Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements:

1. Interest in Valuations
2. Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison income capitalization...) is a plus
3. Adept in Microsoft Excel
4. Desirable: Disability Certificate 33%

Required competencies:5. Analytical skills6. Orientation to goals and results7. Ability to work as part of a team8. Proactive attitude9. Interpersonal skills10. High resistance to work under pressure

Academic background and languages:

1. Degree in technical (architecture engineering)
