WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON

We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced Technical Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidatewill possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering with acomprehensive understanding of Ground Segment Software development from asystem perspective.

This role requires a professional with exceptionalanalytical skills and extensive experience in managing complex projects.

You will:

• Assist the TechnicalDirector in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.
• Lead and manage the developmentof Ground Segment Software ensuring the integration and functionality ofvarious system components.
• Lead proposals related to SATCOMdomain
• Analyze project requirementsdevelop detailed project plans and ensure successful execution within scopebudget and timelines.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technicalprocesses.
• Conduct regular technicalreviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latesttechnological advancements and industry trends implementing relevant updatesto enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with industrystandards regulations and best practices.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM

Bachelors or Masters degree inTelecommunications Engineering or a related field.

Minimumof 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with asystem-level perspective.
Provenexperience in managing and delivering complex projects.

Stronganalytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively

Excellentcommunication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaborativelywith diverse teams.
Highlevel of English

SATCOM technologies: DTP BFNOBP

Network5G LEO constellations routing algorithms

Linkbudgets basic electronic and RF knowledge

Knowledgeof Kubernetes microservices and other modern software development frameworksand practices.

Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

BasicLevel of French.
