SystemDevOps Engineer (mfd)

Project Description
The DevOps team is responsible for the technical integration production operation lifecycle management and continuous development of the Online Charging System supporting prepaid voice and messaging services. Its scope includes system and interface design monitoring incident and problem analysis release management supplier coordination upgrades migrations and production rollouts. A key focus is the introduction of a new Converged Charging System from an external supplier on a Kubernetes-based private cloud. The team will be responsible for its technical integration migration operational readiness and future production operation. The team collaborates closely with project management validation management suppliers and the owners of connected partner systems in an international environment.

Activity Description
Develop technical concepts system specifications and interface designs for the Online Charging System and connected systems. Install configure operate and continuously improve complex production systems and services. Monitor availability performance and capacity and ensure resilience redundancy and failover capability. Perform hands-on incident problem and root cause analysis using logs metrics and monitoring data. Analyze and implement requirements related to charging rating billing and comparable business logic.

Qualifications :

Skills Requirements

• Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) on private cloud environments including cluster deployment configuration and lifecycle management.
• Telecom Core & Charging Systems: Deep understanding of Online Charging Systems (OCS) Converged Charging Systems (CCS) rating/billing logic and domain-specific protocols.
• System Design & Interface Integration: Ability to author technical specs design APIs/interfaces and handle complex software integration with connected partner systems.
• Observability & Incident Analysis: Advanced log/metric analysis and hands-on root cause diagnosis to troubleshoot complex production incidents and high-throughput telecom traffic.
• High Availability & Resilience: Mastery in engineering redundant systems failover mechanisms capacity planning and proactive monitoring to guarantee high uptime.
• Release & Vendor Coordination: Experience managing software upgrades migrations and rollouts while collaborating with external suppliers and cross-functional international teams.
