The Solution Architect focuses on designing business-driven standards-based and future-ready solutions within a specific solution this role you will need to listen to end user needs and consider the user experience (UX) to design solutions that meet product requirements business priorities and enterprise standards.
We are seeking a visionary and user-centric Solution Architect to take ownership of the transversal digital experience across our employee this role you will not be managing isolated tools; instead you will act as the architect of a unified system bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
You will collaborate closely with a mature high-performing engineering teams (including Product Owners System administrators and Developers) to transform fragmented portals into a synchronized single-solution ecosystem. This is a strategic and tactical role perfect for someone passionate about the human impact of technology data-driven design and scalable architecture.
You will also enable AI solutions in existing systems improving their current functionality and finding the most productive environment for the platform ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities
Designs solutions that meet product requirements business priorities and enterprise standards within a specific Solution Context. Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions. Documents and evolves the architecture throughout the product life cycle and aligns with the architecture community for governance.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources. Maintains the vision roadmap and current landscape for the solution. Assesses and consults on the impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities risk and the application landscape. Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models for the solution and its interfaces. Defines and drives reference architectures patterns and ensures Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are appropriately recorded.
Stakeholder Management: Explains difficult or sensitive information clearly and actively works to build consensus among stakeholders. Drives information sharing and exchange about the solution.
Employee-Centric Mindset & Empathy: A genuine passion for improving the daily work-life of employees combined with user-research skills to identify and eliminate digital adoption friction.
Information Architecture & UX/UI Frameworks: Strong ability to map complex employee journeys define intuitive navigation paths and unify disparate visual and functional experiences into a clean frictionless interface.
Ecosystem Integration Vision: Clear understanding of how digital platforms connect operationally (basic APIs data flows and unified portal layouts) to ensure scalable and sustainable architecture.
Qualifications
3 years experience in designing business-driven standards-based future-ready solutions within a specific solution context
Experience maintaining the vision roadmap and current landscape for technical solutions and assessing the impacts of initiatives on risk and application landscapes
Technical Skills
General and in-depth knowledge in one or two technology areas.
Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models Taxonomies and Ontologies for solutions and interfaces.
Ability to define and drive reference architectures patterns NFRs and fitness functions.
Strong capability to drive external technology trends and assess feasibility for the solution including conducting vendor assessments.
Experience working with APIs Data Flows and UI Frameworks
Additional Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and successfully build consensus.
Proactive mindset to identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes improve existing solutions and manage technical debt.
Data-Driven UX Design: Experience utilizing advanced digital analytics and behavioral tools (e.g. Google Analytics Nexthink) to measure real platform adoption drop-off rates and user friction.
