Duties

WecomplementourdevelopmentenvironmentwithothertechnologiessuchasMavenSpringBootWildFly(Jboss)GradleSQLHibernateandFlyway.
PostgreSQLasapersistencestorage.
OurplatformisentirelyinthecloudandworkswithKubernetes/Azure(AKS)/AWS/GCPsoitwillbeparticularlygoodifyouhaveexperiencemanagingthem.
ToolssuchasJenkinsAnsibleorMavenareusedtomakeCD/CItesting.
TheteamworkswithagilemethodologymainlySCRUMandKANBANadaptingittotheirneedsaccordingtotheestablishedobjectives.
ItwillbeniceplusifyouhaveexperienceinRESTAPIsdesignfront-endskills(Vue/ReactJSHTMLCSS)developinganddeployingapplicationsincloudplatforms(AzureAWS)DevOpsCItools(JenkinsMaven)orUnittestframeworks(JunitMockitoArquillian).
BeingamulticulturalcompanyandworkingwithpeoplefromdifferentcountriesthemainworkinglanguageisEnglishsoitwillbeessentialthatyoucanspeakandwriteinthislanguagetocommunicatewithyourcoworkers.

Responsabilities

Designanddevelopcloudmicro-services(Ecommerce serviceprovisioningetc.)thatseamlesslyintegrateswiththerestof theIngramMicroCloudportfolio.
DesignoftheRESTAPIsnecessaryforexternalclientswhouseourplatformhelpingtoensuregoodcommunicationbetweentheplatformandtheirsystems.

Challengeandredefineexistingarchitecturalfundamentalstoprovidethenextlevelofperformanceandscalability;abilitytoforeseepost-deploymentdesignchallengesperformanceandscalebottlenecks.
Developandimplementsoftwareverificationplansandqualityassuranceprocedures.
Documentandmaintainsoftwarefunctionality.
