Senior Site Reliability Engineer II
Job Summary
The Opportunity
As a Senior SRE II you will serve as a technical anchor for production reliability. You will design scale and maintain our cloud infrastructure while empowering engineering teams to ship reliable high-performing systems at speed.
What Youll Do Day-to-Day:
Cloud & Infrastructure: Design build and maintain core AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) focusing on high availability low latency and capacity planning.
Embedded SRE Culture: Work closely with product teams to define SLOs/SLIs advocate for operational best practices and guide system architecture.
Observability & Incident Response: Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack participate in on-call rotations and drive blameless postmortems.
Developer Platform & Tooling: Build internal self-service tooling that enables developers to manage and deploy their own infrastructure safely.
Emerging Tech & AI: Explore and integrate cutting-edge practices including supporting agentic AI workloads in production.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in SRE DevOps or Systems Infrastructure roles supporting production environments at scale.
T-Shaped Generalist: Strong software engineering fundamentals paired with deep systems expertise.
Software Engineering Mindset: Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go Python Ruby Java or Kotlin) and familiarity with testing practices (TDD/BDD).
Cloud & DevOps Ecosystem: Production hands-on experience with AWS Docker container orchestrators (ECS/Kubernetes) Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins).
System Architecture: Ability to take ownership of complex system challenges translate business needs into technical designs and mentor peers.
Fluent English Communication: Comfortable collaborating with distributed global teams across different time zones.
Bonus Points: Hands-on experience running or orchestrating Agentic AI frameworks in production settings.
