Position Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem particularly in Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ Revenue Cloud and CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable enterprise solutions driving digital transformation programs defining architectural standards and leading complex Salesforce implementations and migration programs for global clients.

This role requires strong techno-functional expertise stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead architecture discussions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ Revenue Cloud Experience Cloud and integrations.
• Define scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce architecture patterns.
• Create architecture diagrams solution blueprints data models integration frameworks and technical design documents.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal Salesforce capabilities and customizations.

Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud

• Lead Salesforce CPQ implementations enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Drive CPQ to Revenue Cloud migration strategies assessment planning and execution.
• Define product catalog architecture pricing models approval workflows quote lifecycle subscription management and revenue processes.
• Ensure seamless migration of legacy CPQ functionalities into Revenue Cloud architecture.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to streamline Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP billing finance eCommerce marketing automation and middleware platforms.
• Design APIs event-driven integrations and data synchronization strategies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects security teams and infrastructure teams for holistic solution delivery.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers administrators consultants and offshore teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and governance checkpoints.
• Define best practices for configuration customization DevOps CI/CD testing and deployment.
• Support estimation project planning and delivery governance activities.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Work directly with business leaders product owners and client stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
• Participate in discovery workshops requirement gathering and executive presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce transformation programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 10 years of IT experience with 6 years focused on Salesforce architecture.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Revenue Cloud
  • CPQ to Revenue Cloud Migration
  • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities limitations and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL Flows APIs and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware platforms.
• Expertise in security models sharing rules role hierarchy and data governance.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
  • Experience Cloud
  • MuleSoft
  • Salesforce Industries/Vlocity
  • Einstein AI capabilities
  • DevOps tools such as Copado Gearset Jenkins GitHub
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with global/offshore delivery models.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
