This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance Emotion and Design.

The Role

We need your help to make sure we become the leader in quality and cost. The challenge is defining the best suppliers convincing them negotiating the best possible terms and controlling them to follow our guidelines. Our guidelines will include component specification quality assurance delivery time pricing and sustainability policy.

What Youll Do
  • Assurance Quality Product Process Quality and work with Engineering to develop standards

  • Work in Supplier Process development and parts homologation.

  • Define Final vehicle process quality assurance and implement auditplanning.

  • Manage resolutions of concerns and promote continuous improvement.

  • Confirm correct implementation of design changes.

  • Work with engineering to achieve Legal vehicle homologation and certification for different countries and requirements

  • Ensure fulfillment of Conformity of Production (COP) requirements fordifferent countries

  • Establish and implement Quality System Management

  • Lead development and implementation of QMS (ISO & TS Implementation).

  • Work with production to Implement new standard procedures.

  • Maintain and update the process control plan.

  • Work to improve customer satisfaction

  • Manage all activities to respect Environmental Health and assure Safety atthe factory

  • Work with the organization to work under the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy

  • Collaboration in the management of the supply chain at all times(presenting the Just in time philosophy)

  • Cooperate with other departments of Stark

  • Always be on top of emails and calls never letting our partners wait on usmore than a few hours

  • Be a leading figure within the company we believe in leading by example

  • Challenge all areas within the company you believe could be improved

  • Suggest and execute new strategies to improve Stark products

  • Travel when needed

  • Consider ROI with all projects. We do not always require writtendocumentation but ROI consideration must be part of the process

What you will bring to Stark
  • Quality Management Systems: Proven experience in establishing implementing and leading QMS development specifically with ISO and TS standards.

  • Automotive Homologation: Technical expertise in working with engineering teams to achieve legal vehicle homologation and certifications across different countries.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of Conformity of Production (COP) requirements for international markets.

  • Manufacturing Methodologies: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing philosophy and the implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) supply chain management.

  • Process Control: Ability to develop and maintain process control plans standards and part homologation protocols with suppliers.

  • Supplier Management: Skilled in defining negotiating with and controlling suppliers to ensure adherence to quality delivery and sustainability guidelines.

  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to managing resolutions of concerns and promoting continuous improvement across all product stages.

  • Operational Oversight: Ability to manage factory activities related to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing approved budgets and applying Return on Investment (ROI) considerations to all projects.
