More about the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Affairs Communication professional to join our team in Madrid as a Manager.

What youll do

• Support Public Affairs strategies and institutional positioning for companies and sector associations.

• Analyse and supervise political and regulatory developments across the Spanish and European institutional landscape.

• Identify legislative risks and opportunities and contribute to defining strategic lines of action for clients.

• Support communication and public affairs strategies particularly in highly regulated sectors.

• Provide strategic support and contribute to client account management and relationships.

• Prepare and supervise reports briefings messaging stakeholder mapping and other communication materials.

• Support project coordination and help guide junior team members.

• Contribute to new business opportunities proposals and pitches.

Experience that contributes to success:

• Bachelors degree in political science law international relations institutional relations communication or a related field.

• 5 years experience in public affairs institutional relations political communication corporate communication or a relevant agency environment.

• Strong knowledge of the Spanish political and parliamentary system.

• High level of spoken and written English (C1) required.

• Experience in client management and project coordination.

• Strong strategic thinking communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative proactive results-oriented and comfortable working in dynamic diverse and inclusive environments.
