Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026 Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance emergency response and minor capital works reinforcing its role as a longterm partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedProject Manager- Planned Maintenance to join the team.

The Project Manager Planned Maintenance is responsible for managing planned road maintenance projects from early planning through to delivery and completion. The role ensures works are executed safely efficiently and with minimal disruption to road users and the community.

You will coordinate internal teams subcontractors and suppliers while managing program cost and risk across multiple work packages.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Wendouree office.

• Manage scope program budget and delivery of planned maintenance projects
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and internal delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental requirements
• Lead project reporting cost tracking and schedule management
• Manage risks issues and stakeholder interactions

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Project management experience in road civil or infrastructure works
• Strong planning coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts concurrently
• Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications
• Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance Operations or Construction field
• White Card and drivers licence
• Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel.
