Project Manager Insurance

From Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO Consultant to join our teams in a strategic transformation programme for a leading international insurance company.

Location: Hybrid - Spain

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across business and technology teams ensuring scope planning risks dependencies and deliverables are properly managed.
• Provide PMO support across global workstreams including project tracking reporting governance materials RAID logs action plans and decision follow-up.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders IT teams and external partners ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Support business analysis activities when needed: requirements gathering process documentation workshops and functional follow-up.
• Prepare executive-level presentations status reports and steering committee materials.
• Monitor progress identify risks or blockers and drive actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate international stakeholders and support the adoption of new processes tools or operating models.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Project Manager PMO Consultant or Business Consultant in transformation projects.
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments will be highly valued.
• Strong PMO skills: planning reporting governance risk management follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Background in insurance or financial services is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear executive documentation.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance transformation projects operating model changes process improvement or digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile hybrid or waterfall delivery models.
• Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project PowerPoint Excel or similar.
• Additional European language will be positively valued.
