Project manager and roadmap coordinator
Job Summary
Location:Barcelona or Madrid Tres Cantos

Type of contract:permanent contract of employment
- Maintain and continuously update the platform roadmap in close collaboration with engineering and product leads
- Track progress across technical initiatives (e.g. platform improvements integrations migrations)
- Monitor dependencies risks and blockers across teams ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Translate technical progress into clear structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own and prepare recurring reporting (e.g. status decks sprint/initiative summaries)
- Support high-level visibility on capacity sequencing and major trade-offs across platform initiatives to support prioritization discussions
- Set up and manage key delivery cadences (e.g. sprint syncs platform reviews steering meetings)
- Prepare structured agendas pre-reads and supporting materials
- Facilitate meetings ensuring alignment on priorities trade-offs and next steps
- Capture and track decisions actions and technical follow-ups
- Support domain-related governance forums by tracking decisions and ensuring follow-through into delivery
- Act as a coordination layer between platform product and business teams
- Ensure alignment on priorities sequencing and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Support communication of platform changes releases and impacts to stakeholders
- Help enforce ways of working and best practices in planning and tracking
- Independently manage smaller platform-related projects (e.g. tooling improvements process optimizations minor integrations)
- Define scope milestones and delivery plans in collaboration with engineers
- Drive execution track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation actions
Profile & Experience
Spanish proficiency: C1/C2 (both written and spoken communication).
Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Planning tracking and coordination in a technical delivery context
Facilitation of technical discussions and decision-making forums
Ownership and drive with attention to detail
