Project manager and roadmap coordinator

• Maintain and continuously update the platform roadmap in close collaboration with engineering and product leads
• Track progress across technical initiatives (e.g. platform improvements integrations migrations)
• Monitor dependencies risks and blockers across teams ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Translate technical progress into clear structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own and prepare recurring reporting (e.g. status decks sprint/initiative summaries)
• Support high-level visibility on capacity sequencing and major trade-offs across platform initiatives to support prioritization discussions

• Set up and manage key delivery cadences (e.g. sprint syncs platform reviews steering meetings)
• Prepare structured agendas pre-reads and supporting materials
• Facilitate meetings ensuring alignment on priorities trade-offs and next steps
• Capture and track decisions actions and technical follow-ups
• Support domain-related governance forums by tracking decisions and ensuring follow-through into delivery

• Act as a coordination layer between platform product and business teams
• Ensure alignment on priorities sequencing and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
• Support communication of platform changes releases and impacts to stakeholders
• Help enforce ways of working and best practices in planning and tracking

• Independently manage smaller platform-related projects (e.g. tooling improvements process optimizations minor integrations)
• Define scope milestones and delivery plans in collaboration with engineers
• Drive execution track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation actions
