Were looking for a Process Industrial Quality Manager (Fixed Term Contract)to ensure product quality compliance with customer and internal requirements deploying industrial quality standards across manufacturing processes.

Your role your impact

Ensure product quality during manufacturing according to internal and customer specifications
Manage Industrial Quality activities across people processes and performance
Analyze Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits to drive line quality improvements
Support GO / NO GO decisions and hold veto right in critical situations
Stop production when required for safety or quality reasons
Contribute to Criticality Matrix and Process FMEA analyses
Lead FAR activities and participate in FMR / SMR reviews
Implement and update Quality Control Plans during pre-serial and serial phases
Manage internal NCRs and support their closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC)
Participate in customer inspections audits and First Article Inspections (FAI)
Perform workstation audits and ensure proper self-inspection practices
Youll work with sharp committed teams across engineering operations and design - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring

Degree in Engineering (mechanical electrical industrial or similar)
Experience in industrial quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma problem solving)
Strong knowledge of industrial processes and quality standards (ISO9001)
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Experience managing teams (for Manager level)
Fluent English and international mindset
Ability to work in matrix environments and under pressure
Strong communication skills rigor and team spirit
How success is measured

Reduction of Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits
Improvement of First Pass Yield (FPY)
Reduction of Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ)
Achievement of APSYS Industrial Quality targets (Q09Q13)
