Your contribution to the teamAt Frekuent were not just building payment solutions were creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As an Operations Intern you will work directly with the operations team to support project management documentation and quality assurance activities across sectors such as vending gas stations laundromats EV charging stations and more.
What youll be doing
Support the planning tracking and follow-up of cross-departmental operational projects ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Create and maintain structured documentation of processes procedures and internal policies (SOPs playbooks knowledge base).
Support internal and external audits: preparing evidence organizing documentation and following up on corrective actions.
Design and monitor quality control checklists and standards across operational processes (example: installations technical support warehouse).
Identify process gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements or standardization.
Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and translate them into clear actionable documentation.
Help build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking project status quality metrics and audit outcomes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and compliance.

Currently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
Highly organized detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in process quality and structure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills you know how to make complex information clear.
Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with documentation tools (Confluence Notion) or quality frameworks is a plus.
Spanish; professional level in English.
Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
Strong execution and problem-solving skills youre not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.
Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
