Key Responsibilities
Industrial manager
Key role for the overall Programme management and responsible of the E2E definition & execution from bidding phase to delivery to customer ensuring: ME industrialize the Work Orders (WO) on time Supply Chain ready & starts the manufacturing and parts delivery Production assembly integration and test all the parts in the Product being the interface on behalf of Operations with other organizations (Programme Engineering Services Finance etc).
Production Control
Ensure the availability of all resources required for production execution: components industrial means work orders etc.
Monitor and support work order management and material need planning including critical path analysis and recovery actions.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure material availability according to plan.
Supply Chain Control & Prioritization
Control and prioritize material flows from suppliers to final delivery point in the plant.
Anticipate material requirements and shortages ensuring their availability in line with program milestones.
Lead Missing Parts management and escalation processes ensuring efficient prioritization of critical parts.
Implement and follow up on acceleration plans for critical items.
Upstream Coordination with Engineering
Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to accelerate demand creation (LAPs requirement plans BOM finalization etc.).
Contribute to the definition of material strategies to reduce lead times and ensure supply chain readiness.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers to secure critical parts on time and manage recovery actions when needed.
Work closely with Logistics to optimize inbound flows prioritization and transportation modes.
Reporting & Performance
Monitor end-to-end material status.
Maintain updated Missing Parts lists backlog visibility and delivery priorities.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs related to supply chain performance.
Provide clear visibility to stakeholders (planning production) to enable fast decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in material planning and control processes.
Profile & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
More than 5 years of experience in Production Control Supply Chain Procurement or Planning functions.
Fluent English both written and spoken.
Knowledge of E2E material flows and Missing Parts management.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and structured with ability to work in a dynamic environment.
