Keyduties
- Carryoutminorrepairsand generalmaintenancetasks(paintingbasicplumbing lightbulbchangesfurnitureassembly etc.)
- Supportplannedpreventativemaintenance(PPM) and reactiveworkordersasdirectedbytheMaintenanceSupervisor
- Assistwithinspectionsofequipment fixtures andbuildingsystemstoidentifyissuesearly
- Helpwithroomandfacilitysetupsformeetingseventsorclubfunctions
- Keepmaintenancetoolsworkspaces andplantroomscleantidy andsafelystored
- Monitor stockofessentialmaintenancesuppliesandreportshortages
- Respondquicklyandprofessionallytourgentrepairrequestsorfacilityconcerns
- Workcloselywithhousekeepingandoperationsteamstoensureawell-maintainedenvironment
- Alwaysfollowhealthand safetypoliciesandsafeworkingpractices
