• Developandimplementrobustlaunchplansalignedwithcorporatestrategybusinessobjectivesandmarketexpectations.
• Defineprojecttimelinesmilestonesdeliverablesandresourceallocationtoensurelaunchreadinessacrossallfunctions.
• Coordinatecross-functionalstakeholdersincludingRegulatoryCommercialOperationsQualityPharmacovigilanceLegalIPPlanningMSATSupplyChainandCustomerService.
• ServeasacentralpointofcoordinationbetweeninternalteamsexternalpartnersandCMOsensuringsmoothcommunicationandflawlessexecution.
• Tracklaunchprogressmonitorcriticalpathactivitiesandproactivelyidentifyassessandmitigaterisks.
• PartnerwithRegulatoryAffairstoensuretimelyregulatorysubmissionsandapprovals.
• WorkcloselywithOperationstoensuremanufacturingandsupplychainreadinessforlaunch.
• CollaboratewithQualityAssurancetoguaranteeproductqualityandcompliancewithapplicablestandardsandregulations.
• EngagewithPlanningandCustomerServiceteamstoensuredemandforecastingaccuracyinventoryreadinessandcustomerservicelevelcompliance.
• Ensuretheavailabilityqualityandconsistencyoflaunch-relatedinformationandkeydeliverables.
• Planandmanagetheintroductionofnewproductsintomanufacturingfacilitiesandtocustomers.
• Coordinateandscheduleproducttransfersfromexternalsitestomabxiencemanufacturingplants.
• Liaisewithcustomersbeforeduringandafterproducttransferproductintroductionandfirstdeliveryensuringexpectationsareunderstoodandsuccessfullymet.
• Assesspackagingneedsanddefinethemostsuitablepackagingstrategyincollaborationwithcustomersandinternalstakeholders.
• Directandmonitorlaunchprojectsinaccordancewithcompanyprioritiesandcustomertimelines.
• EnsurecompliancewithGMPSHEandallrelevantregulatoryandqualityrequirements.
• Identifyandpromoteend-to-endsupplychainimprovementopportunitiesincludingcostoptimizationandprocessstandardizationinitiatives.
• Supportsupplyoperationsexcellencebyidentifyinginefficienciesandimprovementopportunitiesacrossmanufacturingandsupplyactivities.
• Collaborateonoperationaltopicssuchasplanningreturnssamplingmanagementserializationanddatagovernance.
• Contributetothecontinuousimprovementoflaunchmethodologiesgovernanceandbestpractices.

• BachelorsdegreeinarelevantfieldsuchasLifeSciencesorBusinessAdministration.
• ProjectManagementcertificationsuchasPMPwillbeconsideredaplus.
• AMastersdegreeinSupplyChainishighlydesirable.
• Morethan5yearsofexperienceinasimilarrole.
• ProvenexperienceasaProjectManagerideallyinthepharmaceuticalindustry.
