Role Mission

As an IT Trainee you will learn to support our local Madrid office and assist with regional IT operations across Europe. Working within our Global IT Digital Workplace team youll gain hands-on experience managing hardware enterprise software networks and IT security under global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to set up track and maintain Apple and PC devices using SOTI MDM.

• Provide basic (L1) support for tools like Google Workspace Slack Jira and

• Assist in troubleshooting local office Wi-Fi networks and VPNs while learning endpoint security practices (ESET AV and GDPR compliance).

• Help maintain IT guides asset inventories and learn to apply global IT standards.

Skills & experience

• Education / Background: Studies or basic experience in IT support networking or systems administration.

• Familiarity with macOS Windows basic networking concepts and cloud tools.

• Eager to learn fix issues and improve technical processes.

• Fluent in English and Spanish with a service-oriented helpful attitude.
