Intern – Sales Support

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Partner with the Sales Coordinator on daily administrative and operational activities.
• Follow up on customer emails and requests ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation.
• Update forecast databases reports and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing International Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service sales operations account coordination or administrative roles.
• Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in such as Microsoft office Excel PPT Word SAP
• Desirable spoken and written communications in English and Spanish. French is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accountability and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
