Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Innovation Project Coordinator to manage resources and facilitate the successful execution of internal and external development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external R&D development projects ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Monitor and track relevant R&D funding calls and opportunities
- Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals
- Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation
- Manage relationships with external partners coordinate task distribution and track project progress
- Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in and facilitate internal external and international meetings
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Business Industrial Organization Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Project Management is a plus
Languages:
- Fluent English (essential)
Profile:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective team player with collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate resources efficiently
- Availability and willingness to travel
