Be the local face of HR for our Spain team collaborating with our international HR team while also keeping our office running smoothly.
What will you do
Managing full-cycle recruitment for EMEA: drafting job descriptions posting roles screening CVs and coordinating interviews
Acting as the primary point of contact for local employees and managers on labour questions holidays leave requests and performance reviews
Keeping the HRIS updated with all relevant employee information
Handling paperwork relating to role changes monthly payroll health insurance salary increases bonuses and commissions
Ensuring local policies stay aligned with Spanish labour law the applicable Collective Agreement and are in line with our global policies
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
Proposing and organising training and capacity-building activities
Supporting team culture through team-building activities celebrations and recognition moments
Overseeing day-to-day office operations and supplier management including maintenance insurance and office supplies and act as first point of contact for office- and facility-related matters
Welcoming visitors and answering the company telephone
Supporting internal audits (e.g. ISO 27001:2022) and occupational risk-prevention requirements and assisting with team travel and expense administration
What do we expect
Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR administration role ideally combined with office or facility coordination
Solid working knowledge of Spanish labour law and Collective Agreements
Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
Strong organisational skills and discretion when handling confidential information
Comfortable working with HRIS systems and MS Office
Proactive service-oriented and equally at ease balancing HR priorities with day-to-day operational needs
