HR Business Partner 40h (m/f/x)
HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. CIA Madrid Spain Full-time P4

HUGO BOSS Iberia is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in a similar role to join its head office based in Madrid.

As HRBP you will be part of the companys Human Resources team and work in close collaboration with the Retail Department. You will act as the central link between Human Resources and the retail team; your main function will be to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and provide support in achieving the companys KPIs.

Position details:

  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • 40-hour work week Monday to Friday.
  • Position based in Madrid.
  • Possibility of working remotely 2 days per week.
  • The role requires occasional travel to different stores and business areas.

What you can expect:

HR Operations Management:

  • Daily support and advisory for operational and support functions across the different points of sale.
  • Management of disciplinary procedures and follow-up of disputes within your scope in collaboration with the Store Manager Area Manager or relevant manager.
  • Participation in budget exercises in support of management.
  • Support in recruitment operations and staff changes in collaboration with Area Managers and the Recruitment team.

Personnel Administration:

  • Creation of employee files and administrative follow-up for each employee in collaboration with other HR departments.
  • Participation in monitoring HR-related dashboards (workforce tracking social data etc.).

HR Development:

  • Participation in the employee evaluation cycle.
  • Participation in the distribution of an HR newsletter and other internal communication channels.
  • Participation in the development of the employer brand.

Cross-functional Projects:

  • Participation in and management of international and national HR projects as well as store opening plans onboarding/integration workstudy programs various studies and surveys and ED&I initiatives.
Your profile:
  • Previous experience in a similar position as HRBP for 35 years.
  • Previous experience working in retail cosmetics jewelry or other retail environments with a solid understanding of the business (35 years). It is desirable to have worked as Assistant Store Manager Store Manager Area Manager or similar.
  • Knowledge of HR and studies related to Human Resources such as Labour Relations HR Business Administration Law or similar.
  • Knowledge of compensation benefits and labour relations.
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management Labour Relations Business and People Organization or similar.
  • Strong communication skills resultsoriented and collaborative profile.
  • Native Spanish.
  • Upperintermediate to advanced English level B2C1.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite visits to the different HUGO BOSS locations in Spain.
